His full name is Abu Abdullah Muhammad bin Ismail bin Al Mughira bin Bardizbah Al Bukhari Al Ju'fi. But he is more well known as Imam Bukhari, because he was born in the city of Bukhara, Turkistan.
As a boy Al Imam Al Bukhari blind his eyes. One night his
mother saw Abraham 'Alaihissalaam that says, "Hi Fulanah (which he is
the principal purpose of Al Imam Al Bukhari, pent), for Allah has
restored the sight of both eyes putramu because often you pray." It turned out the next morning at the mother saw that God has restored sight of both eyes of his son.
At the age of ten years, Al Imam Al Bukhari from seeking knowledge, he
did travel to Balkh, Naisabur, Rayy, Baghdad, Bashrah, Kufa, Mecca,
Egypt, and Syria.
His teachers inordinate amount. Between them are very well
known is Abu 'Ashim An-Nabiil, al-Ansari, Makki bin Ibrahim bin Musa
Ubaidaillah, Abu Al Mughira,' Abdan bin 'Uthman,' Ali ibn al Hasan bin
Syaqiq, Voluntary bin Al Fadhl, Abdurrahman bin Ash-Syu'aisi Hammad,
Muhammad bin 'Ar'arah, Hajjaj bin Minhaal, Badal bin Al Muhabbir,
Abdullah bin Raja', Khalid bin Makhlad, Thalq bin Ghannaam, Abdurrahman
Al Muqri ', Khallad bin Yahya, Abdul Azizi Al Uwaisi Abu Al Yemen, Ali
bin Al of civil, Ishaq bin Rahawaih, Nu'aim bin Hammad, Al Imam Ahmad
bin Hanbal, and a row of priests and other clerics Ahle Hadith.
His disciples are countless. Among them the most famous is Al Imam Muslim bin Al-Hajjaj An Naisaburi, Sahih Muslim authors.
Al Imam Al Bukhari very famous wit and strength hafalannya. He
once said, "I memorized a hundred thousand hadeeth saheeh, and I also
memorized two hundred thousand hadith which is not saheeh". On another occasion diffracted said, "I memorized the hadith, I can definitely say Sanad (chain of narrators-narrator) her".
He was once asked by Muhammad ibn Abu Hatim Al Warraaq, "Did you
memorize every hadith chain and material that you put in the book that
you layout (read: the book Sahih Bukhari, pent.)?" He replied, "All of
my hadith enter into a book that I collated it did not even have a vague
for me ".
God's gift to Al Imam Al Bukhari a reputation in the field of hadith has reached its peak. Not surprisingly, scholars and priests contemporary with praise (recommendation) against him. Here is a line of praise (recommendation) referred to:
Muhammad ibn Abi Hatim said, "I heard Ibrahim ibn Khalid Al Marwazi
said," I saw Abu Ammar Al Hussein praised Abu Abdillah bin Harith Al
Bukhari, and then he said, "I have never seen anyone like him. As if he was created by God just for the hadith ".
Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Ishaq ibn Khuzaimah said, "I never view the heaven
in someone who is more familiar with and more powerful hafalannya about
hadith the Prophet subordination 'Alaihi Wasallam from the Muhammad bin
Ismail (Al-Bukhari)." Muhammad ibn Abi Hatim said, " I heard Abu
Abdillah (Al Imam Al
Bukhari) said, "The companions of 'Amr bin' Ali Al Fallaas I have asked for clarification on the status (position) a hadith. I said to them, "I do not know the status (position) hadith is". They were so happy to listen reason, and they quickly moved towards' Amr. Then they tell in the event to 'Amr. 'Amr said, "The status of Hadith (position) is not known by Muhammad bin Ismail is not the hadith".
Al Imam Al Bukhari has a great work in the field of hadith that is the
title of his book Al Jami 'or also called Ash-Saheeh Bukhari or Sahih
al. The scholars assess that Sahih Al Bukhari's book is the most saheeh book after the Holy Qur'an.
Relationship with the book, there is a great scholar fikih members,
namely Abu Zaid Al Marwazi speak, "Once I fell asleep in a place (near
the Ka'bah-ed) between the Yemeni Corner and the Station. In sleep I dreamed of seeing the Prophet subordination 'Alaihi Wasallam. He said to me, "O Abu Zaid, until when engaku studying the books of ash-Shafi'i, while you do not learn my book? I said, "O Prophet of Allah, the book what he meant?" The Prophet said, "The Book of Jami 'works of Muhammad ibn Ismail". Al
Imam Al Bukhari work of other well-known is our At-date-filled about
the companions and tabi'in proposition and speeches (the opinions of)
them. In the moral field diffracted compiling the book of Al Adab Al Singular. And in the field of book compiling his faith Khalqu Af'aal Al Ibaad.
Piety and keshalihan Al Imam Al Bukhari is the other side that did not deserve oblivion. Here are presented some of the statements of the scholars of his piety and keshalihan order to be a role model.
Abu Bakar bin Munir said, "I heard Abu Abdillah Al Bukhari said," I hope
that when I meet God, I am not called to account in the sin ghibah
(gossip of others). "
Abdullah ibn Sa'id ibn Ja'far said, "I heard in Bashrah scholars say,"
we never meet in this world of people like Muhammad ibn Ismail in the
case ma'rifah (knowledge) and keshalihan ".
Sulaym said, "I have never seen with my own eyes the sixty years since
the deeper understanding of the teachings of Islam, leblih piety
(taqwa), and more ascetic to the world of Muhammad bin Ismail."
Al Firabri said, "I saw the Prophet subordination 'Alaihi Wasallam in my sleep." He
subordination 'Alaihi Wasallam asked me, "You're heading to?" I said,
"Want to head to the place of Muhammad bin Ismail Al Bukhari". He subordination 'Alaihi Wasallam said, "Give my regards to him!"
Al Imam Al Bukhari died on the eve of Eid Fithri year 256 H. when he reached the age of sixty-two years. His body was buried in Khartank, the name of a village in Samarkand. May the Almighty Allah pour His mercy to Al Imam Al Bukhari.
